Welcome to use the services provided by BitlinkPay (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we")! Before using any of the services offered by the Platform, please carefully read and fully understand this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"). Once you start using the services provided by the Platform, it means that you agree to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop using any of the Platform’s services.
I. Definitions
- Platform: Refers to the online payment platform operated by BitlinkPay, including its related services, technologies, applications, websites, etc. (Website: https://bitlinkpay.com).
- User: Refers to the individual, legal entity, or other organization who registers, logs in, and uses the services provided by the Platform.
- Account: Refers to the account that the user successfully registers and activates on the Platform, through which the user performs operations such as deposit, payment, transaction, etc.
- Services: Refers to the various financial technology services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to digital asset payments, settlement, transactions, wallet management, etc.
- Transaction: Refers to the user’s operations such as purchasing, selling, transferring digital assets on the Platform.
II. Account Registration and Management
1. Non-Personal Information
Users must follow the registration procedure provided by the Platform, provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal or business information, and set a valid login credential (e.g., username, password, etc.). The Platform reserves the right to review the account registration information.
2. Account Security
Users should properly safeguard their account information, passwords, and other login credentials. The Platform is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the user’s failure to safeguard their account information. If users notice any security risks or abnormal activity in their accounts, they must immediately notify the Platform and take necessary security measures.
3. Account Usage
Users agree to use their accounts in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any other rules published by the Platform. The information provided by the user must be truthful, accurate, and lawful.
4. Account Termination and Suspension
Users may apply for account termination at any time, but they must liquidate all balances in the account and settle any pending transactions before doing so. The Platform may suspend or terminate a user's account based on legal requirements or service policies.
III. Services Provided by the Platform
1. Payment Services
The Platform provides digital asset payment services for users, including but not limited to using cryptocurrencies for online payments, purchasing goods and services, cross-border payments, etc.
2. Transaction Services
The Platform provides services for buying and selling digital currencies, where users can exchange, purchase, and sell digital assets on the platform, with the Platform offering market pair connections based on real-time prices.
3. Wallet Maagement Services
The Platform provides digital asset wallet services, allowing users to store, transfer, and receive digital assets on the Platform.
4. Liquidity Services
The Platform supports users in liquidating their funds within the digital asset market, offering real-time exchange, withdrawal, and deposit services.
5. Other Value-added Services
Depending on the Platform’s actual development, the Platform may offer other value-added services, and the specific contents and fees will be clearly stated in the Platform's announcements or service terms.
IV. User's Rights and Obligations
1. User's Rights
- Use of Platform Services: Users have the right to use the various services provided by the Platform, including payments, transactions, storage, etc., and can operate according to the platform’s features and interface.
- Account Management Rights: Users have the right to modify their account information at any time, query account balances, transaction history, and other relevant data.
- Asset Ownership: The digital assets held by users on the Platform belong to the users themselves. The Platform only provides intermediary services for storage, management, and transaction, and the user is solely responsible for the assets.
- Customer Support: Users have the right to request customer support from the Platform for inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, or services.

2. User's Obligations
- Legal and Compliant Use: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform’s services and must not engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, illegal fundraising, malicious attacks, etc.
- Providing Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful, accurate, and lawful information when registering and using the account. If users provide false or misleading information, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
- Risk Assumption: Users are responsible for all actions and transactions performed on the Platform. The market information and tools provided by the Platform are for reference only, and the Platform is not responsible for the outcomes of any investment decisions.
- Protecting Account Security: Users should take necessary measures to ensure the security of their accounts and prevent the leakage of sensitive information, such as account passwords and private keys. The Platform is not responsible for any security issues resulting from the user’s negligence.
- Complying with Platform Policies: Users must comply with all policies, rules, and guidelines published by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify the service terms and notify users through announcements.
V. Platform's Rights and Obligations

- Modification of Agreement: The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and will notify users of any changes through announcements on the Platform. The modified Agreement will take effect from the date of publication, and users’ continued use of the Platform's services means acceptance of the modified Agreement.
- Suspension or Termination of Service:
The Platform may suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:
- - The user violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations;
- - Service interruption due to technical failures, network attacks, hacker intrusions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events;
- - The user is suspected of engaging in illegal activities.
- Limitation of Account Rights: The Platform may impose restrictions on a user’s account, including but not limited to freezing, locking, or limiting withdrawals, until the issue is resolved or the agreement is terminated.
2. Platform's Obligations
- Providing Services: The Platform is obligated to provide services as per the terms of this Agreement, ensuring the normal operation of services, and taking appropriate measures to restore services in case of major technical failures.
- Data Protection: The Platform commits to protecting users' personal information and transaction data, preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or loss.
- Information Disclosure: The Platform may disclose relevant information to users when necessary, especially in cases where it affects account security, platform operations, or policy changes.
VI. Fees and Payments
1. Service Fees
Some of the services provided by the Platform may be subject to fees. The specific fee standards will be clarified in the Platform's announcements or service pages. The Platform reserves the right to adjust the fee structure.
2. Payment Methods
The Platform supports various digital currencies and fiat payment methods. Specific payment channels and operation processes will be determined by the Platform.
3. Fee Settlement
Users are required to pay service fees on time. If the user fails to pay on time, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the corresponding service.
VII. Retention of Information

VIII. Disclaimers
- Limitation of Platform's Liability: The Platform is not liable for any interruptions in service, data loss, or asset loss caused by force majeure events, technical failures, network issues, or hacker attacks.
- Third-Party Liability: Transactions and payments involving third parties on the Platform are beyond the Platform’s control, and the Platform is not responsible for third-party actions or losses.
IX. Dispute Resolution
- Applicable Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform is located.
- Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute between the Platform and the user, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to the court in the Platform's jurisdiction.
X. Miscellaneous
- Effectiveness and Changes of the Agreement: This Agreement takes effect when the user registers and agrees to the terms of this Agreement. The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and will notify users through announcements. The modified Agreement will take effect from the date of publication.
- Completeness of Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete legal document between the Platform and the user
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
